Dayhouse Health is turning the home into a therapeutic platform for people living with migraine and other chronic conditions.

Imagine if your home could help you heal.

We apply AI-powered digital health technology to deliver personalized guidance and continuous optimization of the Therapeutic Home Environment—an evidence-based approach developed by our team.

A NEW LAYER IN CHRONIC CARE

We developed the standard for the therapeutic home.

Across four peer-reviewed publications, we formalized the Therapeutic Home Environment — a distinct category of chronic care defined by three pillars: biophilic design, indoor environmental quality, and intentional self-care spaces.

We call it THE Standard.

THE Standard enables optimization of the home environment to: (1) support autonomic, circadian, and emotional regulation, (2) reduce allostatic load and physiological insults from the environment, and (3) foster evidence-based self-care practices that can improve therapy outcomes. It is the foundation of our digital health platform, our assessment instruments, and the program we are running today.

The Dayhouse Health Platform

We are developing a digital health platform that helps people optimize their Therapeutic Home Environment starting with migraine.

Our proprietary and patent-pending technology combines assessment, personalized guidance, and continuous optimization based on behavioral and environmental data.

Grounded in peer-reviewed research and delivered through an AI-powered conversational interface, the platform enables continuous engagement and behavior change with the ability to scale across millions of households and multiple conditions.
